As a Valentine to the Warrick Dunn Family Foundation, you help make this a reality for single parents throughout the nation. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for economically disadvantaged single-parent families who have demonstrated a commitment to achieve financial independence and stability. We invite you to join us in transforming their houses into homes. Consider making your donation on behalf of your sweetie! It will warm their heart and help us continue our mission! Your gift will support the following programs being launched in 2012:

Financial Literacy for Youth:  an on-line, age appropriate, interactive curriculum specifically designed to introduce financial literacy skills early in a child’s intellectual development. Topics to be included are: saving, budgeting, responsibility and decision-making, credit and debt, careers, income, charity, and more. The course will feature interactive lessons, games, and story-based activities that challenge kids to make choices in real-life scenarios to best achieve important goals around saving and job planning.

Children’s Bereavement Program: Betty’s Hope will support children during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives- as they cope with the tragic loss of a parent/guardian/loved one to violent crime. The program will encourage children to ask questions and talk about the person who has died in a safe and comfortable environment to help them work through the grieving process at their own pace and in their own way.
